Have you trusted the developer of the app in question? Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management. Tap the app in question, does it have a prompt to Trust the developer? If so, trust it and try again:
If that doesn’t help, restart your iPhone and try to verify once more. Reverse engineer mac app. Be sure to try on both cellular data and Wi-Fi. If you’re on Wi-Fi, make sure you’re not on a VPN or captive network as that may cause issues:
